JUSTIN AMENDOLA
The customer view:
My job is to help small- and medium-sized businesses realize more value from personalized and relevant customer communications. In a world of constant technological change, it's tough to stay on top of the marketing communications channels available. That's especially true for business owners whose time is spent wearing multiple hats (finance, sales, marketing, customer service, etc.).
With the right information and guidance - and the right set of communications tools - business owners can make great strides toward acquiring, engaging and transacting with their customers. This will lead to more revenue, profits and, most importantly, more time to enjoy life.
The enterprise view:
My title is Vice President, SMB Digital Strategy, North America with Pitney Bowes Inc. That's a fancy way of saying that I play a big role in content marketing and social media strategy for Pitney Bowes' SMB organization.
My core competencies are digital marketing and CRM strategy. Prior to joining the Pitney Bowes team, I played a leadership role at MRM Worldwide helping lead the engagement strategy discipline for key accounts including The U.S. Army, Verizon Telecom and The Home Depot.
Before joining MRM, I led the strategy practice at i33 communications, a boutique interactive marketing agency located in New York’s Meat Packing District. I also spent several years in OgilvyOne’s Marketing Strategy group building winning marketing programs for clients such as IBM, American Express, SAP, DuPont, DHL and several Unilever brands.
