I play a leadership role in planning and implementing a multi-year digital marketing road map for Pitney Bowes’ small- and medium-business (SMB) products and services. That includes working with internal stakeholders – from product marketers to IT to product managers to customer support – to ensure the marketing ecosystem cost-effectively acquires new customers and enables the cross sell of new products to existing customers.

Digital road map work includes planning and executing a multi-product content strategy. I work with IT and marketing support staff to build an SEO-friendly (search engine optimization) digital marketing system. This helps Pitney Bowes increase lower-cost, highly-directed traffic into its digital ecosystem.

I work with global acquisition and product marketing staff, and external agencies, to ensure that site content and product offers are aligned with third-party media placements and localized to key regional markets. This includes leading the integration of RM (relationship marketing) email programs with site content to drive additional marketing conversion efficiencies.

I also work with Pitney Bowes corporate brand marketers to translate the global brand into one that successfully presents a small-business-friendly digital experience.

I work with IT and marketing support leaders to pilot and scale new digital marketing technologies to support Pitney Bowes’ customer acquisition and cross sell efforts. Technologies include prospect and lead management systems, marketing automation technologies, mobile-friendly web experiences, and content management (CMS) and enterprise digital analytics systems.
