KEN GOSNELL
As the senior director of national programming, Ken manages both work-life and corrections programming for NFI. Ken oversees the implementation of fathering programs into the work-life programs in corporations and organizations across the country. Ken leads this charge by presenting dynamic presentations and seminars. As a Senior Director Ken also oversees trainings such as the InsideOutâ„¢ Dad program and is a specialist on reentry issues. Ken earned a joint degree from Regent University, a M.Div. in Theology and a M.A. in Business. This joint degree background allows Ken to use his business acumen while holding deeply to spiritual principles. Ken has over 11 years experience in human relations skills and customer service. Ken is a highly skilled professional working with both systems and individuals to achieve objective and he possess extensive knowledge of customer service, training and organizational structure. He has written articles for several nationally published magazines and has developed a pre-martial counseling curriculum to be used with couples. This program has been highlighted in articles and is used by churches and organizations. He lives in the DC Metro area with his wife, Shonda, and their son and daughter.
