Hi! I enjoyed a fairly successful 40-year scientific career, with about 140 publications, plus a bunch of book chapters, and many presentations at scientific meetings, the majority related to Toxicology or Pathology, with special reference to neuropathology and nasal pathophysiology. It was successful in that I had a great time and many people seemed happy with that which I achieved. During this time I spent a significant amount out of time considering the issue of bioenergetics, especially during the last 10 years as I worked in transcriptomics. I am now applying this scientific training, combined with my amateur study of water polo, martial arts, weight training, skiing, and Ironman triathlons, to develop a business designed to help people train or exercise for better health whilst reducing their risk of injuries through improved body and mind awareness.
