KIRK SANFORD

Kirk Sanford is the Founder and CEO of Sightline Payments, a Las Vegas based company that specializes in providing transaction payment solutions to the casino industry. Mr. Sanford has a diverse business background and has completed a variety of transactions in M&A, leverage recapitalizations, high yield financings, private equity, and initial public offerings. He is a pioneer and leader in financial and payment services to the casino industry and prior to the announcement of retirement in October 2007, he was a founder, Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of Global Cash Access Inc. (NYSE: GCA), a leading provider of cash access products and related services to casino properties and other clients in the United States, Continental Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada, the Caribbean and Asia. Mr. Sanford’s entrepreneurial leadership took a start-up company to more than $1.5Billion market capitalization, $650Million in annualized revenues, and 400 employees around the world. Concurrently, he was Chief Executive Officer, President and Owner of Central Credit, the leading provider of gaming patron credit information services to casinos throughout the world. From 1994 until 1998 Mr. Sanford was the general manager and Executive Vice President of a joint venture between Bank of America (BA) Merchant Services, Inc. and USA Processing, Inc. a start-up merchant payments company. Mr. Sanford has been featured by Business Week as one of the Top 100 CEOs.
