After college Leon began his career in the Information Technology field. Working in the Database Administration Group until he left in 1994, he realized that there were a lot of lessons to learn and the only way to do that is to get out there and learn them. Starting his first business in college in 1981 and several more until he created the NueStart companies, which are composed of LUCA Financial Services, LUCA Insurance Services, NueStart Financial Services, Williams Landmark Real Estate, and NFS Commercial, he understands what it means to be a lifetime investor. He is a Financial Strategist and Asset Optimization Specialist. Knowledgeable in 1031 Exchanges, Self Directed IRA’s, Trust’s, insurance uses for Wealth Preservation and Accumulation, and Real Estate Investing. Leon is also a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, Commercial Loan Specialist and Real Estate Broker. Leon is knowledgeable on the pro’s and con’s of IRA’s, 401K’s, 457’s etc. Trained and mentored by Douglas R. Andrews, author of three books with a fourth on the way, in the Missed Fortune concepts, he is Missed Fortune TEAM Certified, and a Missed Fortune Associate.
