Manhattan GMAT is the nation's largest GMAT-exclusive test prep company. All our Instructors are paid $100/hour (up to 4 times the industry standard) to ensure the highest quality experience for our students. In addition to requiring a 99th percentile GMAT score, all Instructor candidates undergo a rigorous audition process to be extended an offer, and then train for 100+ hours training process before being allowed to see students.
