Mary Cullen is founder and President of Instructional Solutions, a training company specializing in improving written communication across all business functions. Business writing courses and executive writing coaching are delivered both onsite and online. Mary pioneered the first online writing courses, and has developed customized enterprise writing training for Fortune 500 corporations, and personally coached leading executives.

She is a frequent speaker on business writing, corporate information flow, and eLearning. Her blog, Business Writing Info, is read by more than 7000 monthly readers from six continents, and was cited in The Wall Street Journal online and Business Week.
