As of 8/2008 the Success Realty Team has joined ERA Classic City Realty, where Michelle is an Associate Broker.

Michelle is also the owner/broker of Success Realty (GA Firm #H47230.

Michelle has 12+ years of real estate brokerage experience and strives to promote affordable home ownership opportunities in the Athens, GA area and to offer both homeownership and career opportunities to the diverse popluation that Athens Georgia enjoys. Michelle specializes in serving relocating clients.

Michelle is also a Georgia Certified Residential Appraiser (License #6547) and the co-owner of Diversified Property Services with her husband, David. Diversified Property Services specializes in complex residential appraisals and forensic appraisal reviews.

Michelle brings extensive knowledge of the Athens, GA real estate market to the table through longevity in her real estate brokerage & real estate appraisal career and by being a native Athenian!
