NICK LEIGHTON
Nick is the founder and CEO of NettResults International Marketing and Public Relations (www.nettresults.com), a Middle East-based public relations agency launched in November 1999. He has over 15 years of experience in the media relations industry, and has lived and worked in the United States, Western Europe, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
Nick expanded that agency to the U.S. in 2005 with an office in California that offers international strategy and implementation to domestic PR agencies and clients.
Nick is also part owner and CEO (with his wife) of NettResults Management Consulting. The consulting services NettResults provides can be summarized by one word – change. NettResults examines organizations and puts in place the strategies, processes, technology and organizational structures that change and improve your business.
Nick’s first degree was in the psychology of communication, and he followed this with an MBA from Leicester Business School in the United Kingdom, a centre of excellence in marketing — his specialty. He also has a diploma in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK.
Nick lectures in Crisis Communications at Chapman University CA.
Nick is co-author of the crisis communications book CRISIS COMMUNICATION: practical PR strategies for reputation management and company survival, which was published by Kogan Press in December 2008.
Nick is an avid member of the Entrepreneurs Organization.
