PETE MAUGHAN

In my early years, I worked long hours in construction to save money to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I learned hard work, and to serve in a cause. I believe in sharing Heavenly Father's plan of happiness with everyone and that is why I served that 2-year mission in Germany.

When I returned, I studied accounting at Brigham Young University after giving serious thought to preparing myself right then to study medicine. After graduating I went to work in the health and wellness industry by helping people in the area of weight loss. Pete Maughan MD is soon to be the title for me as I'm now studying medicine in order to perfect the value that I can offer to patients, customers, and the world.

Once I become a full fledged medical doctor, I plan to continue in the field of health and wellness and specifically in healthcare medicine as I offer additional services in my company, Weightlosswars which is a competition weight loss website helping tens of thousands of people to lose weight in a fun way.

It is because I believe in having fun, in happiness, and in health that I believe health and happiness are intricately interrelated. And because of this, Pete Maughan, weight loss, health, wellness, and happiness should hopefully be just as interrelated as I try to offer the best health services, the best, most effective, most enjoyable, competitive weight loss that can be found.
