As the Executive Director of Greenpeace and Greenpeace Fund, Philip (Phil) Radford is at the helm of one of the largest and most influential non-profits tackling global environment issues such as forest and ocean conservation as well as global warming / climate change.

Prior to taking the helm at Greenpeace, Phil built the grassroots and canvass fundraising programs at Greenpeace from zero to $15 million in fundraising revenue and zero to 250 staff in three years, contributing to Greenpeace in the U.S. quadrupling its staff and doubling its budget for its work to protect the environment.

Philip (Phil) Radford has served in Executive and Grassroots Director positions in the environment and global warming / climate change non-profit fields, running campaigns, national canvass fundraising operations, fundraising teams, digital strategy, and building grassroots support to address climate change, forest and ocean conservation, and other global threats to our environment.

Philip (Phil) Radford is a frequent contributor to Grist.org - the non-profit online magazine for the environment - as well as the Huffington Post. He has appeared on or contributed to CNN, MSNBC, FOX, CBS, NPR, Foreign Policy, and others.

Phil has a degree from Washington University in St. Louis and is a graduate of Green Corps, the non-profit Field School for Grassroots Organizing for the environment.
