RAJESH SENGAMEDU

Rajesh brings in 18+ years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience in sales/ marketing/ business development.

A graduate in Electrical & Electronics from BITS, Pilani (1987-1991) with a diploma in Marketing Management from IMDR Pune, Rajesh is proficient in 5 languages (English, French, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil) with international business development /sales experience in telecom /semiconductor markets. He has lived in Sweden and UK and was also the Managing Director of Sasken's Scandinavian business operations.

Rajesh has worked with leading technology IP & consulting services companies like Sasken, Mentor Graphics, HelloSoft and CG-CoreEl.

He has managed European & Asian customers like BT, France Telecom, Ericsson, Nokia, Siemens, Sony Ericsson, Skype, BenQ, Quanta, Hitachi, Fujitsu and signed multi-million dollar, multi-year deals.

At Mentor Graphics, he was heading a sales and support team of 17+ for Mentor Graphics for India and responsible for 7+M$ business. At CG-CoreEl, he was responsible for their sales of semiconductors and software in Northern India and Andhra Pradesh.

As an entrepreneur, he cofounded www.dmobili.com and has been running it since the last two+ years. At dMobili, Rajesh focussed on working with Indian telecom operators, handset OEMs for the first year. Since the last year and half, Rajesh was instrumental to launch a B2C product to distribute mobile entertainment content to small town and villages. At dMobili, he is responsible for corporate development, opportunity assessment, business plan development, sales& marketing and raising investment.

Rajesh is an avid reader and reads books on management /philosophy and has a personal book collection of more than 200 titles. He is a practitioner of Vipassana meditation.
