My chief experience is in building businesses. While I've worked for several large companies, it was always in a development role; ie: my department was small, and I was the leader. This made it natural for me to create my own company, BA360, a boutique ad agency, as I have the entrepreneur's spirit ingrained in me; and the determination and persistence required for success.

My main strengths are leading business development, marketing, business and creative strategy, and managing small teams of 10+ people who handle tactical execution of all projects.

The biggest joy of any project I take on is researching the situation, and then creating a bulletproof strategy and tactical execution plan to reach project goals. Complementing this strength requires a team of competent individuals to assist with execution; so finding and developing these unique assets is a skill I've acquired while building my company.

My clients include a mix of Fortune 500, to medium and small sized companies.
