I've consulted for over twenty years (wow), primarily focused on creating corporate and product strategy,go-to-market and funding. Because of my diverse client experience, I've seen a lot. I've watched information technology reinvent itself 3 times now. And I've learned a lot from many people and situations. I know what works. More importantly, I know what doesn't work. I've learned from my own mistakes and from those I've seen along the way.
• Over half of my clients have been “start-arounds”. For the last 10 years I’ve specialized in companies with great value in IP and customer bases and more - who are seeking to reinvent and/or optimize themselves.
• The rest of my clients have been early stage startups, focusing on helping young companies get a foothold in the right market – where they have both a true opportunity for revenue and strong differentiation. I’ve helped over 30+ startups with everything from company and product strategy to business development/M&A to market launches.
• This is the 3rd economic up and down I’ve experienced as a consultant. I have a good handle on how to define and create actionable strategies to drive short term profitable revenue. My clients tell me I’m especially skilled at quickly identifying target opportunities and creating a strategy and plan to quickly, and profitably capture them,
