I've consulted for over twenty years (wow), primarily focused on creating corporate and product strategy,go-to-market and funding. Because of my diverse client experience, I've seen a lot. I've watched information technology reinvent itself 3 times now. And I've learned a lot from many people and situations. I know what works. More importantly, I know what doesn't work.
