• Strong Web Content Management System knowledge covering design, implementation, work flow, and team management from a content developer’s view
• Success in planning, scheduling, implementing, and managing content resources for 12 cross-enterprise projects for UPS.com. All delivered as designed and on time.
• Authoring eight books including “The Web Content Strategist’s Bible”
