Utilizing a consultative, planning approach, Rick works with clients to weave their mortgage into their overall long and short-term financial goals. This includes assessing their current financial landscape, cash flow analysis, real estate investment analysis, real estate equity management goals, and tax planning strategies.

As a mortgage banker/broker, Axia Financial specializes in residential mortgage financing through all mediums: conventional, FHA, VA, portfolio and reverse mortgages. Prior to his career as a mortgage professional, Rick had a successful career spanning finance, sales, marketing, planning and operations in the travel industry. As a senior manager at Expedia.com, Rick developed and launched comprehensive Customer Experience Management strategies across both Expedia’s Leisure and Corporate Travel lines of business, resulting in increasing customer retention, increasing direct point-of-sale revenue, and developing a profitable service philosophy. Prior to Expedia, Rick worked for United Airlines in a wide variety of roles in management, planning, international operations and customer service.
