As a partner with Ernst & Young Consulting (later Capgemini/Ernst & Young) from 1995 to 2005, he was responsible for creating the Accelerated Solutions Environment (ASE), a network of over 20 global centers designed to create business breakthroughs. The Chairman of Coca-Cola described the ASE as “a Montessori School for Adults”.
