I was originally a software developer and project manager, but around 1989 I became an IT analyst/industry analyst (almost by accident) and have since been a writer and presenter as well as a consultant to both the vendor and user side of the IT industry.
I am the author of a book "The Electronic B@zaar" (published in 1999 and now a little dated) and the co-author of SOA for Dummies.
