Fuelstart.com is a web site which is meant to make it easier for home owners to find energy companies and compare their prices. Energy companies selling fuel such as oil, pellets, coal, propane, bio fuels, etc can post their company information on our site free. Homeowners have the ability to post energy prices they find through our price report forum.

We also have a set of forums where people can discuss a wide range of topics dealing with energy. Other tools on the site include a home energy cost calculator, pellet/pellet stove manufacturer directories and coal/coal stove manufacturer directories. Fuelstart.com built out a comprehensive database of all types of fuel companies and distributors so home owners can have a one stop place to find any type of fuel they need.

Every winter the search for home heating fuels begins. Whether its oil, propane, wood, pellets or bio fuels its always a chore to find the best prices. For many home owners the only option is to wade through the yellow pages in hopes of finding a company that will deliver to their area and provide the services they need.

That's when I decided there had to be a better way. Home owners don't want to waste time calling around trying to find a company that best fits their needs. The goal of Fuelstart.com is to give home fuel companies a low cost means of posting all of their business information on a site dedicated to home heating.
