Building A Customer-Focused B2B Marketing Services Firm

5 years ago I was running a social media agency in Toronto and my partner Nolin was running marketing for an ecommerce company in New York.

Nolin had a problem: content, programs & tools.

He had been looking for over 18 months for a marketing services company specialized in B2B who could efficiently deliver the content, programs and tools needed to connect with and convert more customers.

Nolin could not find the right partner because they did not exist. Anywhere!

I had an insight:

Successful marketing is customer focused.
Successful marketing is “about you” the customer.
But most marketing is not successful.
Most marketing is all “about us” the company.
Most marketing is not customer focused at all.

So Nolin and I quit our jobs and joined forces to create North America's first B2B marketing services company with a customer-focused approach to content, programs, and tools.
