SHARON DREW MORGEN
I am a Thought Leader in the fields of Decision Making and Sales. For 20 years I have changed sales to equate doing well by doing good. My Buying Facilitation Method® model addresses the genuine, complex, underlying issues that need to be addressed before comprehensive change (i.e. problem resolution) can occur.
BF creates collaborative communication and leads change from the inside out. It actually aligns values with internal decisions to choose solutions that include people, policies, and initiatives - not based on the NEED = PRODUCT equation.
This gives people the ability to serve others in a servant-leader capacity. In sales, the seller becomes an important part of the decision team en route to problem resolution.
The Decision Facilitation model offers Corporate Social Responsibility tools: How do we treat each other and promote the greater good?
Sales has not known how to help buyers navigate their own unconscoius systems. Now it's possible to help design a solution that fits with historic policies and the people and relationships that have kept the Idendified Problem in place daily..
It's not a skill we've been taught. But it's learnable. Let's change the conversation to fit our values and our authenticity with our ROI.
Clients:IBM, KPMG, Unisys, Intuit, Wachovia Bank, Morgan Stanley, Kaiser, etc
I offer the skills to help create a world where people act ethically, in integrity, and truly serve each other. I would like my training methods and materials to be available world wide - not only to innovators and visionaries, but to all people who seek to use the institution of business as a means to help the world be a better place.
I am also interested in using the skills to work with global corporations as a trouble shooter to help them heal AND bring in the money.
