SUSAN BERFIELD

Susan Berfield is an associate editor at BusinessWeek, where she writes feature stories and profiles. Prior to BusinessWeek, Berfield was a senior writer for Asiaweek, based in Hong Kong, and also worked for UPI in New Delhi. She is a graduate of Brown University and holds a master’s degree in international affairs from Columbia University. She has written many award-winning stories, including "A CEO and His Son: The remarkable saga of Howard Solomon, his son Andrew, and his company, Forest Labs," "I Can Get Your Kid Into An Ivy" and "The 10 Days That Shook Indonesia."
