Suzanne Gratton is the founder of ThoughtBridge Partners LLC, providing management consulting services to help businesses lead strategy, project and technology change, and harness the creative talents of their employees to more effectively reduce expenses, gain competitive advantage, and increase customer and employee loyalty. Our clients benefit from Suzanne’s 20+ years of experience in helping organizations shorten the cycle time in transforming good ideas into profitable business results. We do this by applying a unique Value Chain approach to problem solving, incorporating protocols from leading innovation, design thinking, and change leadership practices to focus on high-gain opportunities with an immediate payback.

Suzanne previously worked for boutique consulting firms, where she gained international experience in process related (Sarbanes Oxley) and change management projects. Her last full time position was with the former Balanced Scorecard Collaborative, where she worked directly with Drs. Kaplan and Norton to advance the principles of the Balanced Scorecard methodologies and study best practices of Strategy Execution.

Prior to consulting, Ms. Gratton’s background was in sales, sales management and training, where she became interested in the area of organizational development.
