Hi there! Thanks for visiting my profile.
W H O:
I'm an user experience design with a deep passion for all things service design, strategy, marketing, innovation, collaboration and design related. I'm passionate about my clients, their problems, and in creating solutions for them that will end their pain and create delight and joy.
W H A T:
I design solutions - or as Harvey Keitel said in Pulp Fiction, "I'm Winston Wolfe. I solve problems". I work primarily in the digital space, so UX design is my core strength. I'm a t-shaped person, so I have experience in marketing, strategy and technology too. More on this below, under 'How'.
W H E R E:
I'm currently based in San Francisco but am open to relocating to the Cincinnati area. Also if you're a startup, non profit, have an interesting idea related to my fields of interest, or am starting out in UX design, send me an email - I always like to meet for coffee and hear about world-changing ideas, people, companies and more.
W H Y:
Because good design matters and can change lives.
H O W:
You can find out more about how I do what I on my Web site.
(http://www.rachelmmurray.com), which has examples of what I've done and want to do, and my resume (one page summary (PDF): http://www.rachelmmurray.com/rachelmmurrayresume1page.pdf - full resume (PDF): http://www.rachelmmurray.com/rachelmmurrayresume.pdf)
Please note both of these are more comprehensive than the LinkedIn resume below, which has stupid limitations on the size of the text fields. I'm more than happy to share more detailed information about the problems, approaches, solutions and results for any of my work. Think of this as an appetizer for the main course.
Please see the bottom section "MY POLICY ON CONNECTING" for more information, and thanks for reading!
Regards,
Rachel
