Deep experience in insurance, health care, incentive structures, and emerging organizational models. Deep interest in decision-making (especially in health consumers and providers), incentives, and how the emerging streams of data can improve both. Currently mixing consulting with writing a book detailing best practices in open innovation.

Working on a few entrepreneurial initiatives focused on improving decision-making and follow-through. Also passionate about better aligning incentives around improving health.

Currently writing a book called "Innovation in the Crowd". Some side efforts selling Overnight Powerpoint production to other former McKinsey / BCG / Bain types, and helping my wife build her catering company, Bite Catering Couture.
