Throughout life a person must make critical decisions on a short time span. I have deal with such decisions on a regular basis during my job as a dispatch manager. A dispatch manager is responsible for ensuring clients are taken care of with extraordinary service, Safety of all employees and clients, as well as attracting new costumers and retaining old ones. I continuously multitask and make decisions quickly. I am always dealing with several items of business at one time, whether giving directions to drivers for there pick ups, speaking to customers for bookings and quote requests, making credit or cash transactions, and tracking flight information.
During my time as a dispatch manager i have gained a tremendous amount of experience in business management and sales. Time management is a critical component in the industry and i have mastered it. A few of my exceptional qualities are that i am hard working, ambitious, and very friendly.
