Howard Schultz either read or was told about Starbucks manager's Gieselle Gaines personal blog and liked what he read, so he gave her a call at work. "My eyes popped out and I just 'good morning,'" she tells a San Diego TV station. (Schultz-worshipper Starbucks Melody is probably so jealous!)
