Austin Homeowner's Plans Foiled by City's Historic Landmark Commission

Here's the story thus far: Woman buys property. Woman finds property too small. Woman wants to tear down said property and build a new one. City commission says, "No it's a historic property". All caught up? Good. Ashley Amini purchased the tiny home in Tarrytown this past June and recently applied for a demolition permit in order to build a new residence on the 1 acre property.
