Ugandan government preparing to sue Heritage Oil in tax dispute

The Uganda Revenue Authority is preparing to sue London-listed Heritage Oil in the local courts over the remaining balance on the $404 billion capital gains tax the authority says Heritage owes if the ongoing negotiations fail to resolve the dispute, officials said Thursday.
