Market firm R.L. Polk and Company says the temperature of the auto market should be heading up by 2011. The firm says the majority -- 55% -- of U.S. consumers will buy their next vehicles within two years. The results, which the company says has a 2.5% margin of error, are based on an online survey of about 1,400 U.S. auto owners 18 to 64 years old in February and March this year.
