Congress Approves Stimulus With COBRA, Unemployment Expansion

Massive legislation designed to jump-start the economy passed the House and Senate on Friday, February 13. The final measure, totaling more than 1,000 pages and containing dozens of tax breaks and spending initiatives, addresses employee benefits and several other HR areas.
