Report: Home Prices Resumed Price Declines in August

For the first time since February 2009, the Altos Research 10-City Composite showed month-over-month decline of 0.6%. While common housing data lags the actual market and is only now starting to show the nation home price increases that began in the first quarter of 2009, the active market has peaked and started it's seasonal decline.
