16-year-old boy charged with murder

When the case came up for mention, no plea was taken as the accused was a juvenile, whose case should be handled at a Juvenile Court. The Chief Magistrate, Mrs Theresa Wergba, transferred the case to the Juvenile Court for further hearing.
