Wyeth is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world and is known for brands like the antidepressant Effexor, arthritis drug Enbrel, and vaccine Prevnar, among others. Its consumer healthcare unit produces familiar over-the-counter brands, such as Advil, Centrum, Robitussin, and ChapStick.
