Yum! Brands Approaches Nando’s Chain for Possible Bid, FT Says

March 7 (Bloomberg) -- Yum! Brands Inc., the U.S. owner of the Taco Bell, KFC and Pizza Hut restaurant chains, has held talks about a possible bid for the Nando’s chicken restaurant chain owned by Capricorn Ventures International Ltd., the London- based Times reported, without saying how it got the information.
